Loved everything about our stay. Beach access and sunsets were amazing. Very clean unit, stocked with everything you can possibly need. Comfortable beds and great instructions on how to use the TV’s.

We had an excellent experience. Stayed here with our kids ages 4 and 6. Appreciated the beach toys, beach chairs and few floaties provided for use. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Kids loved the pool too and we had it to ourselves everyday. You have to climb 2 flights of stairs to this unit but it was not bad at all. We arrived at midnight and our door access code did not work. I called the energy line and they reset the door code and got us in within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was amazing. Clean and a lot bigger than we thought. Being on the ocean was beautiful. Could walk to restaurants and bars. We wanted relaxing and we got it. The communication with the host was delayed we are use to getting a response quicker from others we stayed at but nothing to keep us from not going again. We will be back for sure!

We loved the fact that the island has a relaxed vibe and the condo was in a quiet area. convenient access to the beach for in and out of the condo with a three year old.

Great view and easy to get around. Walkable to restaurants. Property management company was very responsive to text messages and any issues we had. Family of 4 stayed here with 3 and 5 yr old. This is just an fyi to future families with youngsters who stay here. There is no elevator and you have to go up 3 flights of stairs but you have a great view of the beach. Also the beach is a short walk. The front closet has beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The pillows were uncomfortable and we had to buy new ones. There is a bath tub in the master bedroom if your kids only like baths. They supply 4 beach towels they are big and nice. The complex has first come first serve chaise lounge chairs available on the beach.The condo was well stocked with kitchen utensilles. There was salt and pepper in the cabinet. They also had a nice starter kit of dish soap, sponge, 2 dish washer pods and 2 washer pods. Also starter bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in each bathroom. Next to the pool is a bathroom if kids need a bathroom quick. It was a great stay and very relaxing would stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. We had a perfect view of the ocean, we walked to restaurants and local shops. We would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, comfortable and in the perfect location.

Location - you cannot go wrong. This condo was extremely private, right on the ocean. The balcony looking out into the beach was great. Parking was easy and everything you'd need (Walmart, restaurants, Plublix, Walgreens, etc) is only a short drive away. Perfect place to celebrate Mom's birthday but beware - there is no elevator. Only stairs to this 2nd floor condo.
Only real downside is the beach equipment that comes with the rental....it needs to be replaced. The beach equipment in the unit & in the common area is busted. Bring your own or plan for a trip to Walmart to buy chairs and a tent or umbrella.
Construction was going on next door and doesn't look like it will be finished anytime soon.
A great stay but the 2 things I wish I knew beforehand was that the free beach gear is past the point of return (we flew in to Florida) + the construction begins at 7 AM and you can hear it all day when you're on the beach.
Overall I would return to this condo in the future.

The perfect place to get some warm weather! While checking in we were greeted by a dolphin in the water! Property is as described and the host communicated well throughout! Walking distance to Bridge Street and perfect for watching sunsets! Will be back!

Great quiet location. Very good instructions for amenities and rules. Clean, with unobstructed ocean views. Adequate space. Optimal additions NOT at the rental would be ANY spices present at the condo (salt/pepper/standard simple spices) which have invariably been present at prior rental locations. No community use grill.

All high marks with one issue. This condo is great, very clean, beautiful beach and great location and decorated with nicely with local art. We had a great relaxing Thanksgiving week. Please resolve the parking pass issues with the HOA as this causes unnecessary worry and the only negative but the mgmt was very responsive when I called with concerns.

The property has actually been updated with new patio furniture, dining furniture and bedding since the photos were taken. The location was amazing. The property management company was quick to respond to a very minor maintenance issue (simple light change in bathroom) and questions about the door lock. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location with AMAZING views and beach access. Parking is convenient on ground level. Has umbrellas, beach toys, chairs, noodles to use. Chairs could use upgrading, but were functional. Note that kitchen is well appointed, but no condiments or basics included. Liked not having to worry about washing the towels or linens on departure. We would absolutely book this unit again.

We LOVED it here. The condo was clean and was literally steps from the water. Our only thought is that it would be nice to have some more "basics" in the house, such as condiments, but that wasn't a big deal. The management team checked in regularly and were super helpful with restaurants, groceries, etc. Note to anyone who wants to rent a golf cart for their stay -- set it up months before! We were lucky to get a golf cart for our stay, but it wasn't easy to find a rental company that had one available. Overall, we highly recommend this place and we can't wait to go back!

The condo was extremely clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for the four of us. It's in a great location, in walking distance to shops and restaurants and has a beautiful view of the gulf. Watching the sunset from the balcony was the best! The only two issues we had were the condition of the beach chairs (we ended up renting some for the week) and the balcony furniture. We spent most of the time on the balcony and would have liked more comfortable furniture. The table was rusted and the plastic chairs were not comfortable. Overall this condo is a great place to stay.
