Coastal Horizons

Some others have complained about the nearby construction. It wasn't an issue during our stay, and the house was priced accordingly. While we wished the elevator were operational, it was a non-issue. The house was comfortable for our party of 10 plus 2 pets, and we enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of 12. It’s hard to find a place to accommodate all of us and this checked all the boxes. The heated pool and hot tub were great features for our grandchildren. We rent a big house on the gulf coast every year and this was the best one so far. The beach was so close. Our grandkids loved the pool when the beach weather wasn’t so warm. Would definitely stay again.

This place was beyond my expectations. Very quiet area, steps to the beach, spacious home, and we loved the pool area. So much for my crew to do. The staff was amazing, as we did not have keep calling. They took great care of us.

I loved this vacation! The house was wonderful! I am always a little concerned when houses are across the road from the beach because we have two grandmothers that travel with us and have mobility issues. However, this house was well within walking distance for everyone. The elevator was a big plus for us. Perfect!!

We loved our time at Coastal Horizons! The property and pool were just beautiful. Hanging out on the roof at sun rise and sun set was the best! "From coffee to cocktails" was our saying! The elevator was a lifesaver for some of us with bad backs and knees. There are a few things that need to be updated and repaired but for the most part, everything was in well-working order. We are so looking forward to coming back in a couple of years.

Loved staying here with extended family. Pool was perfect. Beach incredible. House great. Bedding needs washed. Extra pillows/blankets would be nice. Needs a deep clean like tile in showers and dusting! Loved our stay. Would highly recommend.

This house was amazing! It was across the street... just a quick walk to a beautiful beach! It was so easy to walk over with the basics, water, chair, towel and know you can easily walk back to grab lunch whenever you want. There is an outside shower for a quick rinse off before getting in the super warm pool! The pool area was our favorite. There were high top tables in shade, a concrete bar and a TV. The roof top deck was a great spot for morning coffee as you watch the sunrise or in the evening to cool off with the ocean breeze. There a re a other decks with seating to relax and read a book or talk. The kitchen was great. Just needs more dishes and cups. We used paper plates as much as possible. The ice maker in the freezer made ice but didnt dispense it as a heads up. Also the twin beds need replacing. We were told they were repaired but they still had the same issues of being wobbly and unsteady. We had plenty of towels and nice quality bedding. We were thankful there was an elevator because there is no bathroom on the pool level and the stairs are tile (gets slippery when wet). All in all a great stay!

This home is lovely. Spacious. Comfortable and private. Located a few steps to the bay and a fishing pier our grandkids loved and just a few houses from gorgeous coquina beach. There was plenty of room in the 3 floor house. New and well laid out. Everyone had full bathrooms and a large family friendly kitchen. Decks on each floor and a fun pool and grilling area. The management company took our calls about maintenance but based on the guestbook we read there many of the issues were not corrected for the past 2 years. We had a fantastic time at this house. Although I would not recommend using the rental agency they suggest for other items such as a golf cart or beach items. That was a nightmare.

We loved our stay at Costal Horizons. Our group was two families totaling 9 and the layout and size of the house allowed for everyone to have plenty of space to themselves. Also the location is perfect - 100 yards or so to the gulf beach and half that to the water between the island and the mainland. The roof deck was my favorite spot although the house has multiple decks that can be enjoyed. We would 100% book this property again

It was great for our family of teens and young children. Walking distance to bridge street for dinner and the beach is literally across the street. The pool was beautiful and amazing to watch March madness poolside . Excellent stay:)

Wonderful- spectacular views and close to everything- beach and Bridge Street. Very responsive to our needs. Great home - only suggestion would be living room furniture is a little tired. In general though this is a 5 Star Experience

The home was beautiful and spacious! The location across from the beach couldn’t have been more magnificent; however, I do feel the home needs a little more TLC. Some of the toys in the garage for the kids were broken. Some of the floats were broken, the wagon in the garage was rusted, the red cooler in the back by pool was dirty inside and a little rusted, the bikes had flats and the garbage from the prior guests took up all of the garbage bins where we did not have where to throw out our own garbage. It would be nice if guests were notified when garbage day is so that they can help by throwing out their garbage. Other than that our stay was great! Just a little feedback to improve the quality of service offered to guests that will book this home in the future. Thank you
