Blue Paradise

Property is awesome. Clean, spacious and accommodating for a mid to larger group. Nice large open kitchen. Comfortable beds. All linens towels onsite ready for us. Two refrigerators was nice. Double washer and dryers was great. Siesta Key village shops and restaurants all easy walk. Beach very close walk. Not enough beach chairs and some were broke. This is usual for rentals in my experience. Cooler and beach wagon onsite was nice as well. Checkin was easy and property management checked in periodically thru the week was nice as well. Checkin at 4pm and that’s final no earlier. Would have been nice to have a place to store our bags while we went to beach for a few hours until checkin. We stashed our things behind the shrubs which wasn’t ideal.Overall was great and will do again!

This property exceeded our expectations. We had a total of 9 in our party (kids ranging from 12-18). Everyone loved the house, plenty of rooms & amenities. The property management team was incredibly helpful & responsive. We had just a couple of very minor questions/issues in the pool area, but the team acted swiftly and resolved both items. While the house is great, it's the location that really sells this property - just a short walk to the beach / restaurants / shops etc. We will definitely re-book this property if we visit Siesta Key again.

The house was HUGE and perfect for our stay, which included my spouse and our 6 adult children. Each room had a bathroom, king beds, an a large TV, which allowed for ample space and privacy. Our favorite aspect was the kitchen and living room areas, which were beautifully combined to allow the perfect place for eating and interaction with our family. We prepared many meals "at home," and the kitchen accommodated all our needs. It was a cold and rainy week during our stay, yet we were able to find many things to do, as we were within walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, and beach. And, within driving distance to many attractions. Some days we would stay in and make a meal together while enjoying a movie on the huge living room television. If we had a question or issue with anything in the home, the management was quick to respond; they were eager to make it right. We feel fortunate to have had such excellent customer service. We appreciated the opportunity to stay here!

This is the perfect house for anyone vacationing in Siesta! Easily walk to the beach or a stones throw to the downtown. Lots of room and really nice pool and outdoor space. Highly recommend!

We liked the proximity to both siesta key Village and to the beach. It was nice to have both a pool and a hot tub and the bonus putting green got a lot of use. It would be nice to have a little more sun on the pool area, but we got plenty of that at the beach. The house was really nice and well equipped with plenty of open space for a group of 10.

The Blue Paradise is a stunning property. This home is close to the beach and the village. Everything is within walking distance. Despite being so close to the village, this is a very quiet property. The home is extremely beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen, and mattresses that are so comfortable. The inside and outside of this home are picturesque and well maintained. It would be hard to find anything to criticize. Our stay was outstanding, and can’t wait to book this home again.

Excellent location to public beach access and great food - both short walks away. Pool, putting green, covered outdoor area with tvs and bar was a perfect relaxation spot for our family including two teenagers. Beach chairs, cooler and wagon were awesome to have ready in the garage.

Best short term rental ever! Beautiful home in the perfect location. We are locals who had a stay-cation here and you couldn't ask for a better beach location that's also perfectly situated to the Village. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was actually hot! We had a couple of question for the host after check in and they responded almost instantly. Truly a 5 star experience from start to finish.

Our entire family loved staying here! Lots of space and the room setups with bathrooms were perfect!
Location was also amazing, super close to the beach and walking distance to the town as well!
Only complaint was the lack of Sun by the pool area but that didn’t make or break the trip.
Would stay here again with a large group!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. From location to layout of the house, it was perfect for our group of 8! It was very much appreciated when the property manager allowed us access to the house early since our flight arrived at 12 and check-in wasn't until 4. She notified us around 2:30 to let us know the house was clean and ready. Thank you for that! The house is perfectly located with a 3 minute walk to either the beach access or to the main strip where all the restaurants and market are located. We will definitely inquire about the availability of this house next time we vacation in Siesta Key.

My experience was good I love the location of the house , everything was like supposed to be I just want it give a heads up to the owners , the pool temp is cold because is rounded by trees and some customers like warmer , the pool has heater but no options to heat the pool at the pool controllers , we did tried but I guess was all automatic to not be put on besides that I do recommend the place at 100 percent

This is an amazing home. The pool area is where we lived when not at the beach or in town! We were there for our daughters wedding on the beach. My only feedback would be if the house sleeps 18….. have bath towels available for 18…….luckily there is the 2 sets of washers and dryers. We also had to go buy extra blankets for those who didn’t want to double up on the bunks but sleep on a couch. For maintenance…. No light in the bathroom in the garage/pool area

We arrived late after a few very long days at Universal Studios and Disney World. This house was amazing to come "home" to for a little R&R on the beach before heading back to cold northeast Ohio. It was just as described in the listing: absolutely stunning & perfectly located. The house, spa, pool and patio area were clean and well kept. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the pool, ping pong, and putting green. Everything is just a short walk away - the beach, restaurants, shopping - the location was fabulous. On top of all of that Matthew from Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties was great to work with. He reached out to us on check in day and offered to meet us at the property to review all the features of the home and was available for inquiries via call or text. The only "complaint" we had was the low water pressure in the showers. Overall this rental is absolutely one we would all recommend! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

We visited Siesta Key for my Mother in Laws 70th and the house was more than comfortable for our group of 17. The multiple bathrooms were ideal and the outdoor area was amazing! Really easy beach access and proximity to local restaurants (all were extremely accommodating to our group). Would definitely recommend and return!

Extended family of 14 and had plenty of room for all. Wonderful location and closer to the beach than we thought. You are within walking distance to many places to grab dinner and a drink or you can cook in. Fabulous kitchen with everything you need - plenty of dishes and cookware. We stayed here for our wedding with our bridal party! The house was absolutely beautiful, exactly as pictured. Everything about it was flawless! It was perfect for a group of friends. Everyone had their own on-suite, and a king size bed which gave everyone privacy and their own retreat. The location was also a big part of our decision, it was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach! Managment did not give us a to-do list before leaving, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. We have been to Siesta Key many times, the restaurants are all amazing, great shopping and obviously the BEST white sand beach! I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Perfect vacation! This home was beautiful! Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Bedrooms are big and all baths are luxurious. The home had everything we needed and then some. The pool area along with putting green was beautiful and private. The home is a very short walk to the beach and village. We hardly ever use our car. The rooftop views are amazing! House was very clean when we arrived. All our adult children were thrilled to have king size beds with their own full size bathrooms. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need with our large group. Many enjoyed their coffee on the roof overlooking the beach. We were 2 minutes from shops, restaurants and the beach. The adult kids were amazed at all the huge tvs. We spent the majority of the time we weren't on the beach on the patio by the hot tub and pool. The kitchen and living area were also a great gathering place. The hot tub was not heating up so we called, and someone came to fix it almost immediately. We would love to stay here again!

This property is located within walking distance to anything you could want....the beach, restaurants, night life and grocery store. The house layout is ideal for having your own space. 5 of the rooms have king beds with their own bathroom and the 6th room has awesome bunk beds and its own bathroom which is ideal for kids or a family to bunk together. The property manager was very responsive. The only issue that I had was the email communication going to spam and being unaware of it. I would highly recommend this property!

Our group of 7 women absolutely loved our stay at this property. The space was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and there were many wonderful amenities. We were a minute walking distance of the beach and of little shops in the other direction. Communication with the manager was great. Be sure to pack or shop on the way for basic kitchen consumables like salt/pepper, ground coffee or Keurig pods as that is not provided. I would return to this vacation destination in a heartbeat!

This house is truly amazing. The location is right where you'd want to be in Siesta Key - close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It is the perfect house for a group getaway. We can't wait to book it again in the future!

What a beautiful home and only a 3 minute walk to the beach where it’s white sand & gorgeous! The home itself is beautiful. Pool is amazing with a beautiful hot tub and rain forest. Only two issues i wish they had a sink built in to the patio and the pool was a little bigger along with a elevator. Climbing 3 stories especially with older people is hard. But overall it’s stunning and Kim the property manager was great to work with.

We loved our stay here! We wished we stayed longer. This house is large, beautiful and is a short walk to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. The house is beautifully decorated, very beautiful furniture 😍. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was a must for us. Showers had good pressure. Pool area is awesome. There’s an outdoor bathroom. There is an outdoor shower that you can you can use after the beach before going into the pool. The fridge/freezer in the garage doesn’t work that well, good for drinks but nothing else. We had ground beef in there for burgers that we had to throw out because we didn’t think the fridge was cold enough for it. The spa was perfect. The pool was murky. It looked like the guests before us jumped in with sand. I called the property manager and they sent someone to clean the pool the next day, but it was still a little murky. In addition, the chairs and tables outside surrounding the pool had spilled drinks on them from the previous guests that we cleaned up before we used them (my husband cleaned it up before I had a chance to let the property manager know, he didn’t want to wait for someone to come in to clean it). We still enjoyed everything though. Even my dad who likes to stay indoors all day was outside (there are 2 large TVs outside). The kids loved the putting area. The roof top area was amazing to watch the sunset! We would definitely stay again.

This house is everything it mentions in the listing and more! We had 14 people, ranging in age from 1 to 67 and it was PERFECT. It is so convenient to everything, including the beach and the village. Ample space for everyone to enjoy themselves....it was a dream! We will definitely rent here again!!

Amazing property with great location. Easy walk to beach and to the village. The house was well equipped and was extremely well designed for large groups. It truly looks just like the pictures. Our only complaint was the smart light switches were sometimes smarter than the operators! We will definitely be going back!

Great location, great home with everything you need to host a vacation of your life. The pictures and description do not do justice. Full kitchen with all the cooking gear you need, roof deck is wonderful for sunsets and sunrises, within walking distance to village and beach. The ground floor deck, bar and entertainment system is high end. You can't forget about the pool and hot tub. There is just too much to list, you will not ergret booking this home.

Fourteen people, three generations, ages 73 to 2, spent 5 days here and had a very nice time with plenty of room. The house is beautiful, both in form and function. There is a lovely, well-appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes and glasses and all the cooking bowls, pans, and utensils we needed. A large walk-in pantry for storage helped to keep the counters clear for cooking and eating. There is a tunning pool area with plenty of seating, two large TVs for all to watch games or movies while enjoying the beautiful swimming pool with hot tub and waterfall. The adjoining putting green was a nice touch for golfers. There were lots of large beach towels for after swim. There are TVs in every room, including the two indoor seating areas, although we tried to limit screen time and focus on activities. There is a bathroom for each of the six bedrooms, all with a king bed except for one room with two double-sized bunk beds with rails on top and stairs between for safety.instead of a ladder. Washer/Dryers on two levels helped us stay on top of the laundry situation, and a second refrigerator and 1/2 bath on the pool level helped cut down on the trips upstairs while enjoying the swim time. It is an easy walk to the wide white sands beach in one direction or the lively action of restaurants, bars, and shopping in the other. All necessities are within easy walk: drugstore, grocery, bike and cart rental, walk-in clinic. My four stars for location was simply due to the poorly lit street, making the walk at night more difficult. A dumpster blocked or crowded the sidewalk in a couple of spots, but neighboring houses and businesses were well-kept. If you really want to get away from the rest of the crew, you can brave the metal spiral staircase to the roof and enjoy the view from there in the Adirondack chairs. All in all, it is a lovely property, and if the calendars of the families were to align again, no one would object to a return visit!

Blue Paradise was the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at and we have stayed at a lot of amazing properties over the years! We had a large group and the house has more than enough room to comfortably sleep everyone. Beautifully furnished bedrooms each with a big TV and their own bathrooms - and the kids were obsessed with the bunkbed room! Everything in the house is so high-end and well designed, and we were blown away by the stunning lanai and pool area. We spent almost all of our time ithere which had more than enough activities to entertain all of our age groups! The young kids loved jumping in the pool and playing ping pong, the men couldn’t get enough of the putting green, and our older family members loved the hot tub. The 2 TVs in the lanai were also arranged perfectly that we could watch from the pool/spa and all of the seating areas! Between the lania/backyard and the huge roof deck where we spent most evenings viewing the beautiful gulf waters and watching the sunset, we were able to spend so much of our vacation outside enjoying the gorgeous weather! Also important to note that the house is in the best location possible on Siesta. It is less than a 2 minute walk from both the village and the beach and it was super convenient that we did not have to rent a car at all during our stay. We can’t wait to book our family vacations at this property for next year - and hopefully many years to come!
