Blue Oasis West

My family spent a week in AMI and had a great stay at the updated Blue Oasis West. The decor is beautiful. All appliances and furnishings are very clean and high quality. Home is very well maintained and was spotless upon our arrival. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The location is great. Close enough to walk to beach although we took our golf cart most days and this central location meant every part of the island was just a short golf cart or drive away. There is also a trolley stop right around the corner but we never used it. The home sits in a very quiet area of the island. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. We even met some locals on the street who were great. The private outdoor space was wonderful with pool, hot tub, outdoor tv and plenty of seating. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided were in great condition although we didn’t use the chairs as we opted to rent from a local company to have them set up for us each day which was great. Property managers were great from start to finish. They communicated with us often leading up to our reservation, checking in on us upon arrival and again at check out time. We had one small issue with the keyless entry front door lock batteries needing to be replaced upon our arrival and someone was out before we even got the car unloaded to take care of it. Great service! We are already planning our next visit to AMI and will definitely return to Blue Oasis West.

Really nice house, approximately a 5 minute walk to a beautiful section of Holmes Beach. It was furnished very nicely, and the back yard area was great for taking a quick dip in the pool. The only downfall was the mosquitos were really bad at night. We tried burning citranella candles and used bug spray, still we had a lot of bites. It didn't dominish the vacation, overall the house was great. Just advise brining but spray if you will be out at night.

We enjoyed our stay. We wish the primary bedroom had AC like the other rooms. The house was perfect for cooking meals at home. We loved the backyard!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'd stay again. Loved the kitchen and living space - the furniture was very comfortable. The hot tub was very nice, the pool is a bit small but worked fine for our party of 6. It was really nice to have beach towels, beach chairs, noodles, and wagon for going to the beach. The alarms provided the protection needed for young kids so we could relax. All the bathrooms are updated. The mattresses were fine, not sagging, etc. - everyone slept great. The sheets were fine but not as soft as we would have liked. Kitchen was nicely stocked and nice features like a shoe cabinet by entrance, games, & hall nightlights. Recommend bringing your own spices. We would defiantly stay again. Re: AMI, loved the island, trolley, beach sand is amazing, and close to preserve for outstanding trail running, walking, or biking.

The private bathroom for each bed room was key when having grandparents, teenage boys and parents all staying in the same house. The inside living space was surprisingly spacious and the outside was private and had everything you would ever need to enjoy a vacation - outdoor dining space, a grill, tons of secure space for all our outside toys (scooters and electric bikes,) an outside shower, space to layout, a pool and a hot tub. We had room to park 3-5 vehicles/boat trailers as well. The kitchen was stacked with every item needed to cook or bake for the family all week. We are so happy we found this place and will only be renting this place when we come back twice a year!!

We loved staying here. It was in a great location and close to so many things that we barely had to take our car anywhere. We mostly walked and biked. The free trolley stop is only one block up.
The house is very clean and all the furnishings and decor are up to date and modern.
We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous vacation rental! Very clean and lots of room to enjoy being together and making memories. Close walk to the beach. AMI Locals staff is great and I liked that they respond quickly to any needs and/or questions.

Excellent Rental property. House was spotless, had every amenity. Management company was very responsive to our needs. Only critism is the Mgt. Company should provide a dishwater soap and laundry detergent, since we had to launder their towels.. Check in was contactless and regimented.

Very comfortable beds. Plenty of kitchen dishes/pots/pans. Very clean. Pool/Hot tub and open area outside so pleasant-used daily! Trolly stop very close & easy beach access. (May want to walk to beach; parking at a premium.) Suggestions to improve: Need to list washer/dryer in description-weren’t sure we had laundry setup til we arrived. More bath towels, hand towels, & wash clothes especially! Also more than 1 kitchen towel & rag please. Note: Few repairs needed when we arrived-shower door handle, toilet holder, vanity handles all loose. We reported & they were to be corrected when we left-none interrupted our fun! (They did offer to come next day after our reporting-we chose not to have our time interrupted & asked then to come after we checked out.) Would stay here again.

My sister and her husband stayed with us in this wonderful house. The picstures are accurate. Not easy sometimes to find a place with two King Sized beds, but this house had that and more. Very close to the beach just a short walk after crossing the street. AMI Locals was so easy to work with and kept in communication the whold time we were there. The pool and hot tub area is perfect. Please consider renting this property! We will again!!!

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island! We absolutely loved it! The house was so nice and clean, pool was great for the kids and the beach was only a short walk across the street. I have nothing to complain about :)
