My two sisters and I stayed here on Siesta Key and absolutely loved it! The house was adorable—very clean, updated, and comfortable. Having our own private pool was such a great perk, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance to everything, including the beach! This property is very much as it is advertised. The only two items that I would make a recommendation on are: cushions for the pool lounging chair and a bi-pass for the pool alarm on the outside. The alarm would trigger each time we went into the building. Neither of these items are show stoppers for us and we would definitely stay again!

The house was just perfect for us. It was very clean and it had everything we could need. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the owner was fabulous. They are very responsive for any questions. We love the location. It was within walking distance of so many fun, places to shop and eat and listen to music, the house also had beach chairs and a cart that we could just walk right across the street and head to the beautiful white sand beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

We had a great weeklong stay. The house was well outfitted with the exception of no large knives or coffee filters and the couch was heavily stained. Beds and linens were comfy and toiletry and kitchen kits with soaps was super helpful. The area was quiet by 10pm each night. Although you can’t hear anything from inside. We liked sitting in the pool at night listening to the music from the bars and restaurants. My husband and 3 kids were very comfortable. We had enough space although we spent most our time out on the pool deck. We never turned the tv on the whole time there, the pool and access to the village was so convenient that we stayed busy having fun all hours of the day! The walk to the beach is super easy. Thank you so much for providing a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and toys. It was really nice to not have to buy that stuff just to leave it behind. We parked the car once we were there and just walked everywhere. so close to everything you really don’t need a golf cart. Management was responsive and helpful. The locals at siesta were all very nice and welcoming. Siesta became a favorite instantly and we will be back. Beach wasn’t too crowded, water was warm and clear and sand silky soft!

Loved this little cottage right uptown in Siesta Key! Very clean, easy check in, beautiful pool and surround area. Close walk to the beach! A bit smaller than appears in pictures, but beautiful decor. The only suggestion I would have is to update the included wagon and beach chairs, the handle of the wagon was rusted out and snapped off the first day and there were only two usable beach chairs, so we went and bought our own. Plenty of towels available though! We had a great stay!!

This home was spotless and very cute. Location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent here again! Only negative is the inability to regulate your own pool and home temperature. This was explained in the info video, once we arrived, but did not feel that was acceptable, for the price that we paid.

We had a great stay at this location! Walking distance to anything and everything you could need. Super cozy. A 3 min walk to the beautiful beach! The private pool was my favorite part. Very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what my partner and I needed to recharge from our busy day to day life. You can rent golf carts and scooters right down the road to drive around on the island with. We got a golf cart and drove all around looking at the beautiful homes. So many restaurants to choose from. Just an all around great experience! There’s a candy shop, coffee shops and souvenir shops! Just a really neat town to visit and so super clean! So clean. The house is super cute, well kept, and cozy. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! We had a great time and definitely will be back!

Great location! Super close to the beach and Siesta Key village. We loved being able to get up and be walking on the beach in a couple minutes and then in the evening walk equally close to find a bite to eat. The property was perfectly sized for a small family and having the private pool right outside was awesome. The property was clean and maintained. My friends and I had a great time at this house. We had a group of 8 and everyone had a bed to sleep in (2 slept on pull out couch which they said was comfortable). It is very conveniently located about a 2 min. walk to bars and restaurants, 5 min. walk to the beach. Pool was so much fun and perfect temperature. We used the BBQ grill as well, it was brand new! We had a little trouble getting in the first day using the lockbox, eventually we were able to get ahold of the property manager and she walked us through it. Overall great time.

It's cozy and petite but perfect for 3 adults or small family. The Kitchen rocks. Pool rocks. Vicinity rocks. And contact with Dana if anything was needed, was immediate. 1 block to Siesta Key restaurants. Trust me I read the reviews and spend more time looking into that my actual vacation most times. This was last minute and over the top accommodating. We have enjoyed this house so much.

We stayed over Christmas. Though our weather was far from perfect, this house more than made up for it! This was the cleanest Renata property I’ve ever stayed in. The pool was extra warm. The beach chairs, grill and beach towels were a nice extra. The kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of bath towels. Walking distance to all of the wonderful restaurants in the village and Siesta Beach. Dana was on point with communication throughout booking and during our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Loved our stay at this property. Home was exactly as listed. Love that there was plenty of linens & a good start for supplies. Pool was warm but refreshing. Location near town is ideal and the homes along the street are similar. Nice that we had good fans, but unfortunately we could still hear the party house behind well into the morning hours (even when it switched from one renter to the next). Overall we loved it and would totally stay again.

Easy check in process, perfect getaway for our daughters 21st birthday. Every part of our experience was great. One blip, last day of our stay we had an electrical outage, it took most of the day to fix this but the property manager Dana made sure that we were checked on, sent ice and a cooler to store our food.

As with our 2 previous visits, we had a marvelous vacation visit. If fact, it surpassed the previous visits. Bimini Breeze is in the ideal location, always clean and well is maintained. We LOVE the pool and feel that it is the most important feature of the property. In fact, we spend most of our time in and around the pool. We also love the fact that there is a grill so that we can cook out doors. The updated grill cooked so well. Also having a W/D in the unit is so convenient. We love Bimini Breeze And will certainly be back again soon. Our only concern was that the pool could be better cared for. There was a lot of sand in the pool (when serviced on Monday, it was not vacuumed) the skinner was nasty and the tiles around the waters edge have scum on them. The water was perfect and clear however. We enjoyed it no matter the condition. We noted updates to the property and feel that the property manager did a great job—made our every wish come true. Good job Dana! Looking forward to our next visit!!!

We had a wonderful week in this little cottage at Siesta Key. The location was great- you could walk everywhere- the beach was about 2 blocks away and you were about a block from the village. If you wanted to have bikes or a golf cart you could- but totally unnecessary depending on how far you wanted to go. We could get everywhere by walking. Enjoyed both local coffee shops- had dinner out a few times- but especially liked grilling at home and eating by the pool. The house was small, but perfect for our family of 5. It was well equipped with beach towels, regular linens and the usual basics (paper towels, TP, soap, etc) to get the week started. The previous renter left two beach chairs and we added our 3 to the collection. Hopefully they will be enjoyed by the next renters. Highly recommend this house- would stay again!

We had the most amazing time at the Bimini Breeze, Siesta Key! This location can not be beat! Only half a block from the main Siesta Key Village where all the shops/restaurants/bars are- plus one short block from their soft white sand beach!! Walking distance from everything! Very clean unit, stocked with everything you could need. Did not want to leave!!!!!!!! Will most definitely rent this house again! Thank you VRBO and SKLRP!! heated pool, washer dryer, 2 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, huge kitchen, highly recommended. felt spacious for our party of 4 (adults).

Had a great time. The place was in the perfect location to get to town and the beach. Very high end inside, it was like it was just redone but it was just very well kept up. Everything worked perfectly and we even had a visit Christmas morning from Santa and some elves with coffee and donuts (folks that managed the property). The fenced area was perfect for our dog as well. My only suggestions would be a full length mirror on the back of one of the doors (my wife's request) and maybe a couple lounge chairs by the pool vs. just regular chairs. Small issues for sure...I 100% recommend.

I’ve been going to SK for 20+ years & have rented many different properties - this was our favorite so far. The location cannot be topped! Walking distance to everything in the village & beach is what we love. The private heated pool was wonderful in the evenings after a long day at the beach - the kids loved it. We hung out late night playing cards by the pool while the kids slept - adults loved that! The house itself was adorable, extremely well decorated & every inch used wisely. Kids slept in bunks & loves it. We had plenty of space in the kitchen & living room to eat breakfast & hang out. Most of our time was spent outside anyhow. We also had plenty of parking when friends came to visit. Check in was easy &the property manager was easy to reach if needed. The only negatives we could say were: 1) there was no beach wagon to cart our stuff to the beach; 2)there were no beach chairs or umbrella provided either & every other property we’ve ever rented had all those items;3) there was no shower or any way to rinse sand off before getting in pool or going in house. All things taken into consideration, we still loved the property & would rent from this company again.

We had such a great time during our stay at Siesta Key! The house is very charming and well decorated and we LOVED the pool! Billy, the concierge, called and stopped by to see if we needed anything which was appreciated. The house could use some basics tho - box fans for guest room would be a nice touch, kitchen spices and general toiletry items. Otherwise, fabulous stay and would highly recommend to anyone!!

This is the cutest little beach house, we absolutely loved it! Clean, well decorated and so close to everything, we only got in our car when we needed to go back to the mainland. Stayed with 4 little kids and it was great. Host was kind & incredibly responsive- the grill was broken and they had someone out to look at it within an hour of our call; an hour after that a new grill was delivered. Loved this house and will definitely stay again in the future!

Honestly if you like the photos? You'll love this place. What you see is what you get. It's a straight shooting approach that's not for everyone. But I like to know exactly what I'm getting and this place? It's all that and a bag of chips. Good chips. The kind that are double fried!
