Guests can take the stairs or elevator to reach the modern living area that features an open floor plan. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, and a large central island made of quartz stone, which provides seating space. The spacious dining room and the furnished balcony next to it make it easy to host unforgettable dinner parties. On the upper level, there is a bonus TV room with a comfortable couch and a wet bar, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The luxurious main bedroom has a contemporary design that is beautifully enhanced with a tropical touch. You'll be amazed by the stunning ensuite bathroom, complete with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing soaking tub. In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 26 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
