Beach View Retreat

The house was in a great location! Easy access to the beach, trolly and groceries. The pool was a favorite for all with space for kids to play and the adults to hang out as well and a sun shelf for a baby to play as well. Had some issues with the fridge ice machine but they delivered ice daily to accommodate which was amazing! Could use a few baby items at the house. We left a pack n play and baby walker so hopefully they stay at the house. Other then that the house had everything we needed and the property managers were very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for a week with family. Enough room for everyone to spread out or gather together. Loved the location close to public beach and grocery. The backyard with pool and spa was a favorite for all. House is furnished with comfortable bedding and towels. Many looked brand new. We cooked in most evening and kitchen had everything we needed. The floors could use a good cleaning. Overall, we loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Great place. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. Very nice kitchen, fenced in pool area with an outdoor kitchen/grill, tables and chairs along with 4 loungers to relax and catch some sun. The beach is a one block walk. Quick responses from both owner and rental company.

We had a beautiful vacation on Anna Maria Island 🏝️. The house exceeded our expectations. For a group of 10, there was plenty of space, fully functional kitchen, the washer/dryer was helpful for many sandy/salty towels, and the pool/hot tub were awesome. It’s a quick walk to the beach. Book a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

Nine of us stayed for the week of June 8. Kids were 2,6,& 8 with 6 adults. The layout was just right for us. The pool and shade area was great for afternoon swims when it was too hot at the beach. Manatee public beach with all of the amenities was just across the street. Inside the house the furniture was not too formal and not too cheap. We didn’t have to worry with the children. The large coffee table has a puzzle going on it the whole week. We would be happy to stay here again! Management was available by text and very responsive to our few extra needs. *The floors could be cleaner but the bathrooms and kitchen were perfect.

This place was excellent! The proximity to the beach made this trip excellent! We could walk to the store if we needed anything, and ride the free trolley around the island. The house was perfect! We loved all the beach chairs and wagon. Pool was beautiful!

We spent a wonderful week at Beach View Retreat. The house was fully stocked, very clean and easily accommodated our family. The beach was right across the street. A beach cart was provided which made it easy to cart all our stuff. The pool, hot tub and patio were a great place to have afternoon drinks before going to dinner. We would definitely stay there again. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a great place to stay. We could not have asked for a better stay. We have time shares this week and next week, but our units flooded in September. They weren’t ready and so we had to look for a rental. My kids are already talking about this place for next year instead of going to the units we own. Yes, that’s how much fun they had. They fell in love with the amenities and the area in general. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The pool guy comes on Monday’s and Thursday’s to clean and check the water. The top deck balcony was awesome to watch the sun sets. We had ten of us and there was always plenty of space for us all. The outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen (refrigerator and grill ) and there was plenty of seating outside. This rental gave you plenty of beach towels and towels. They even gave 2 laundry detergent pods to do laundry if needed. I can’t say enough about this place. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Property in great conditions. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Bathrooms in good conditions. Location is wonderful, near the beach. The pool was clean. Only the BBQ was not that clean. Our stay was great. I would definitely recommend this property

We had a wonderful time at Beach View Retreat! My siblings, our spouses and I spent the week relaxing and enjoying ourselves in this great property. Plenty of room for all nine of us, close to the beach, and clean! The property manager responded quickly to our few questions and the pool man showed up twice to make sure the pool was sparkling. If we could have asked for anything, it would have been more clothes hangers in the closets, a few pot holders and some dish towels. We would definitely recommend this property for your visits to AMI and we plan on staying there again!

Great location very close to beach. Two families of 4 stayed and had a blast. Walking to the beach each day followed up by pool in the afternoon and cooking out by the pool then going up roof to watch the sunset!

The house and property were clean upon arrival. After only one day the refrigerator died. We placed a call and maintenance staff was there immediately. Unfortunately it took 4 more days to have a working fridge, but they did bring one for the garage. It wasn't convenient, but they did make it right for us. One major gripe is that there are NO dressers in the bedrooms. Four adult couples had to live out of suitcases for a week, which is unacceptable. A simple solution would be to put an inexpensive dresser in each closet (which had no hangers either). Kitchen could use some rectangular pans, a mixer, measuring spoons, mixing bowls, etc. A quick trip to ikea would take care of these things that make it a comfortable stay for adults. All in all, nice home.

Home was all that I could ask for. Comfortably housed 10 adults. Great location for beach and constant trips to grocery store.
