As soon as you enter your dream getaway, you’ll be welcomed into a beach-themed family room with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure and a modern dining room table. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing your loved one's favorites. Adjacent to the kitchen is a second living space with a plush sofa and a desk – great for remote workers and students.

The primary bedroom boasts a generous walk-in closet, a luxurious bed, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a coastal-inspired walk-in shower. Equally inviting are the two guest bedrooms adorned with vibrant beach decor, complete with televisions, and conveniently connected to a hall bath featuring a unique shower and tub combination.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 10 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
