Great place loved it but wish we had known of all the construction going on and that the pool was not availble.

Great visit to Florida. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated as pictured. We found plenty of restaurants that had re-opened since the Fall hurricane and also made good use of the huge pool & patio area

The place was lovely top to bottom and simple things like having your own parking space undercover was a great touch. The building and grounds were kept to a very high standard and having gas BBQ saved a lot of hassle and time. The check in and out was quick and easy with friendly staff all around if you needed anything. A very pleasurable trip

The bed in the couch uncomfortable as well. Condo was not well stocked so bring paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap, foil, saran wrap, baggies etc. We bought all this stuff and left most of it there. Pool was lovely and warm. Very quiet area.

Beautiful condo that was supplied with everything we needed. Great ocean view from the balcony. Easy walks to restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoyed a relaxing time. Would highly recommend this condo.

Beach cottages was filled with people but it’s so nice and quiet in our condo. The staff at sand dollar Jc resorts were always so nice and helpful. We had a couple issues with our TVs and they resolved it quickly. I did mention tv upgrades would be nice but definitely a new spectrum remote in living room. I forgot to tell them that. We booked again for next year.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo was spacious and clean. The furniture was very nice, king bed was cozy, updated kitchen and bathroom. Only improvement needed is the front door locks need to be replaced. We had a difficult time locking the door and required a maintenance man to come and show me some "tips".

This unit is absolutely stunning and was perfect for the 3 of us. My son (9) had a blast and loved opening the doors and gates for us, with the codes. We loved the family atmosphere of the entire complex, nothing like a resort at all. We had a total of 12 traveling with us and it was so easy to get around to each unit and meet in the garage or at the beach. We had a great vacation and would highly consider this unit again if we planned to visit the area again.

The kitchen and bathroom nicely updated. The ice maker worked great. We are tv people and were very pleased with cable stations provided. It was nice and quiet too never heard our neighbors. Great underground parking. We suggest updating kitchen stock, silverware, sharp knives, frying pans, plastic cups ,coffee pot, a new set of dishes and mugs. A new welcome Matt. We are looking forward to our 5 week stay next year.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! The only thing that I might suggest is that main door into the condo be cleaned up a bit. It looks like it's had several locks replaced (so several holes in that area). Bed was a little hard for our liking, but really no complaints. Had a great time and would definitely consider staying in this room again.

The unit was recently updated and is very nice. It looks out over the pool with a beach view. However, the complex was full of teens, so we didn’t use the pool much. Usually, there were 8 to 10 in the hot tub. We stayed the week of July 4, so maybe that’s a factor. Beautiful unit but very noisy and crowded condo complex.

We have strict rules for minimum age to rent and maximum occupants but we aren't the only rental company in that building, and don't have control of them. And it was July 4th weekend.

Very nice property. Comfy bed. Pool access is trying. Too many locks, stairs etc. Property manager very responsive. We had minor issues that were remedied promptly...user error on tv remote. Thanks for a great stay.

We did enjoy our stay at this property. It was wonderful having the beach so close by, and very nice view from the property to the beach. The apartment was pretty neat and organized, but we felt that the floor was dusty and sandy from the first day. Also, even that we were able to get some rest, we wish that the bed was more comfortable or newer. Other than that it was a great time in a nice place.
