Great location! Perfect to walk around AMI and right next to a great dinner spot. Only complaint is the neighbors upstairs were loud, but there is not much the host can do about that!

Charming accommodation across the street from beautiful private beach, steps away from the Anna Maria pier and town center.
Great restaurant across the street and just blocks away from numerous eateries, shopping and rental stops.
Located in a quiet part of the island, only a 6 block walk from the gulf side to the bay side. Amazing beaches and sunsets.
The villa was clean and tastefully decorated. The shower water pressure felt AWESOME after a day and evening at the beach. The kitchen and dining area was charming.
Highly recommended this little island gem. Everything we wished for at our fingertips.

Bayside Cutie is a perfect location! It was across the street from the bay and 4 blocks from the other side of the island to the gulf. The locals were amazingly friendly. It's a little city in itself; rented golf carts and bicycles.
The shower in the unit was OFF THE CHARTS! The pool is very small and shaded, disappointing. A full length mirror would have been nice. The kitchen had every amenity that you could think of. The bathroom is in the bedroom so, unless you're a couple or family, that could be uncomfortable. I slept on the pull out couch like a dream.
I found it quite pricey, more than the original listing but, still enjoyed my stay. Did I say that the shower was OFF THE CHARTS? Definitely worth repeating!

This is a perfect location on Anna Maria Island. On the quiet side of the island and in walking distance to all.
The space is well decorated and updated. Lots of linens and pillows. Super clean with little details that make things immediately easier- like coffee filters, dish soap, paper towels, tissues,etc.. 👍🏻

The location could not have been better! Steps away from the beach, a great restaurant next door and on a beautiful , beachy, fun town. We loved our stay and the property was well equipped and comfortable. Great shower!

Cute place! Great location! Close to restaurants and shopping on Pine Avenue. Could walk to most places or ride a bike. Across the street from the Waterfront Restaurant which is an amazing place to eat! Great food and service!

This little apartment was perfect for two. It is nicely decorated and had everything we needed and the text messages from the rental company were very prompt. The pool was really nice and very warm, which is important to me. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, the bay, the beach and the neighborhood. We will be back!

From the correspondence directly following our booking till the day we left Nikki was simply outstanding. Arriving at the Bayside Cutie everything was just as advertised. Any information that would be needed for our stay was conveniently detailed in a well put together informational binder. We made it a point to check out a lot of the places Nikki had marked as her personal favorites. The pool area was immaculate along with our apartment. The close proximity to the beach and the pier was an incredible convenience that allowed for a hassle free access. There are many quaint little shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. If you are looking to spend your vacation in a quaint little home away from home in paradise, then you will not be disappointed. I cant say enough about our trip to Anna Maria Island, we will definitely be returning to the Island in the near future and will be looking foreword to staying at Bayside Cutie again

Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated ocean front property. The private pool and courtyard area is beautifully landscaped and provides a relaxing and tropical atmosphere. Access to the beach is immediately across the street and the view is absolutely stunning. Bird watchers will enjoy the variety of species inhabiting the island and ocean area. The owner even provides beach chairs and towels for personal use. The quiet location is perfect and within walking distance from the pier, restaurants, and a multitude of quaint shops where you can find almost anything you need including fantastic ice cream or an evening cocktail. The pier restaurant offers a superb dining experience and a fantastic view of the ocean. I would recommend the Bayside Cutie to anyone looking for a relaxing and charming "Island getaway" experience!

Great location and cute decor. Tiny bathroom. Lovely pool area though I was disappointed that instead of wooden chaise lounges with white cushions as in the website pictures, there were plastic chaise lounges... But overall the place was clean and comfortable and easy access to great restaurants and beaches!!

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed about our chairs, but unfortunately all of the wooden lounge chairs in the photo all broke within 6 weeks of installing them. We opted to buy much more expensive white Adirondack loungers with pressurized and treated wood so they will last much longer for our guests! We do hope you come back again soon! Nikki
