As you enter the great room, you'll be greeted by breathtaking water views that can be enjoyed from almost every corner of the house. The home has ample seating space both indoors and outdoors, allowing you to snuggle up on the luxurious sectional sofa or sit outside on the sofa while keeping an eye out for dolphins - the choice is yours! The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware, dishware, and appliances to help you create delicious meals, and it seamlessly connects to the stylish dining room table.

The main home has two bedrooms, a laundry room, and a private den equipped with a sofa bed, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. Both bedrooms offer a luxurious experience with premium mattresses and their own bathroom. The primary bedroom is an absolute delight, with sliding doors that open onto a beautiful patio where you can savor your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The guest house, accessible through the courtyard, is the perfect option for guests seeking extra privacy. It features a high-end kitchenette, a plush king-sized bed, a cozy sofa, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

You can catch the Siesta Key trolley from the end of the lane and explore the pristine powdery sands of the Gulf of Mexico beaches.
