The house was very beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything and we truly didn’t need anything. The pool area was very nice and we also enjoyed the front porch overlooking the ocean!! Having a grill and outdoor TV was also a plus. We had a little problem with the air not being set low enough durning the day for 2 menopausal women( if you know, you know ) and I reach out and it was taken care of immediately. It definitely stayed very cool after that and made our stay more comfortable. We had a fantastic spring break and were very pleased with the house!!

We had a great time! Was not aware I had booked both sides so we didn’t have the talk time we usually have but we were on the go so much it was not a problem. The host is terrific! I forgot a bag and it was returned to me with nothing missing. Totally appreciate that

Great location on the bayside and a quick walk to Pine Ave. It was clean and comfortable. And so glad it was updated to regular beds instead of bunk beds in the fourth room. The pool was refreshing! We would stay again!

This was a great property to stay at - great location (easy beach access, close to trolley stop, close to Pine). Plenty of space, the place was clean, pool was great, and overall a great stay for us. The appliances were high end as well, which made any food prep easy and convenient. We had to reach out for some pool servicing due to a tropical storm that hit AMI just days prior and the company was very responsive. Would come back !

Beautiful big house in front of the beach, great for family and friends reunions. Beautiful surroundings and close to shops and restaurants.
Beach in front is not the best but driving few mins will take you to the best beach area.

Bay Happy was a wonderful home base for our first visit to AMI. Fantastic, proactive communication from AMI Locals. Alerted before our stay that there would be a required city inspection of the house our first morning. Also checked in with us when homeowner's contractor needed to deliver supplies to garage. Checked in to be sure we'd arrived and all was well. The first door code didnt work, but was resolved within minutes via phone call. Clear and thorough check out instructions. The home is tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Exactly as shown in pictures. All beds were declared to be "very comfortable." Back yard is private, pool temp pleasant. Easy walks to Pine, the piers, Bean Point; our group enjoys walking 2-3 miles at a time, several times a day. Short drives to other beaches, e.g., Manatee and Coquina. Only a park across the street between home and the Bay. Balconies/decks are great for group visiting, or solitude. Quiet neighborhood, not much traffic. Customer service top notch at shops and restaurants. Minor suggestions would be to add hangers if possible...only the main bedroom had hangers which we divied up to other closets. And, several of us wished for a full length mirror. We enjoyed this home and would not hesitate to book again. Overall great experience.

I would love to say I enjoyed my stay but unfortunately due to hurricane Idal that was not the case. The house and area was beautiful and check in was easy, however, we weren’t even there for 24 hrs before mandatory evacuation. I did not buy the insurance since I booked this in January and did not think about a hurricane. So whatever you do BUY the insurance not matter what. I was hoping since it was a MANDATORY evacuation that AMI would work with us maybe book us for next year or give us 50% off for next year but they will NOT work with you and will only say you should have bought the insurance. So please be aware if you book with AMI

A wonderful home with access to a ton of things to do. The pool was perfectly heated, beds comfortable and home layout was great for parents and kids. Recommend reserving a golf cart for your full stay!

The house was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the open windows and within driving distance to the beach - There was a beach across the street but it's extremely narrow and not typically where you would want to hang out for the day. Our preference would have been on the gulf drive as this is where the large beach areas are located. Again, it's a few minutes' drive.
The house has a very nice, heated pool. All the amenities you would need and very clean. Plenty of beach towels and nice comfortable beds.
AMI was extremely responsive and no issues on our end - We enjoyed the stay and would recommend AMI for future stays.
We love Anna Maria Island, as this was our third trip in a month to the same spot - Just a great little getaway.

The only problem was that the remote control batteries lasted a few hours, they needed new one. Otherwise very nice place, we could not enjoy the beach because the weather changed to about 48 degrees and was very cold. So, there was nothing else to do since could not enjoy the beach and the pool was not hot at all.

We just spent 10 days in this amazing home. The place was even better than what we expected. Great with the small beach across the road for s morning swim. They had everything you need for a nice day at the beach. Quick response from the property managers when we had any questions. Would love to come here again.

Our stay here was excellent! The property was well-suited for a long weekend with 6 of our 7 kids. We had so much fun in the pool and playing ping-pong and mini-basketball. The location exceeded our expectations - the bay was right across the street and our kids could wake up and head out to fish. We walked to a festival on the main shopping street one evening. The gulf was just a few blocks away, making it easy to enjoy the beach or catch sunset. The property was well-equipped with chairs, toys, and kids’ snorkel gear, outfitting our beach excursions. Large porches overlooking the pool and the Bay made being outside at home easy. There were ample beach and bath towels. We cooked a several meals at the house with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and a well-functioning grill to make it possible. The appliances are top notch.
If you plan to do some cooking or laundry, make sure to bring the basics like salt, pepper, other seasonings, cooking spray or oil, coffee (ground - not Keurig - filters were provided), and laundry detergent.
The property management company made our stay seamless. Communication was excellent, the staff was responsive and polite, and no detail was overlooked.
We absolutely loved our stay at this property and would definitely come back.

Gorgeous home and location. We were super pleased with all of the amenities this property had to offer such as the beautiful pool area, electric golf cart which seated 6, high end kitchen appliances and overall lovely decor with plenty of room for the entire family. This home has everything you need for a day at the beach or spending a day by pool.
There is plenty of space for a family of 8 with room to spare. The garage is a mini game room with ping pong and other fun family games.
I would highly recommend booking this property; we had an amazing time!

Great house and location, walking distance to shops and trolly. Beach directly across the street. Built in pool was excellent for relaxing in. A few minor issues that were quickly resolved by property management who kept in constant contact with me. We had a great time during our 10 day stay.
