We loved our week at Avalon. The property is great. We had plenty of room. The pool area is cozy and private. The view from the roof top deck is absolutely amazing. It is virtually steps to a beautiful white sandy beach and since there is no public parking nearby, the stretch of beach in front of the house was not crowded a single day of our stay. The location is great. It’s on a neighborhood street yet close to everything. And to make it even better, AMI Locals makes customer satisfaction their number one priority. We will definitely stay here again.

We came with two families of 4 and the house fit out needs perfectly. Elevator is a nice touch since there were alot of stairs. We did have some issues with the pool temp and hot temp staying warm. It was cold upon arrival and once we figured it out were able to keep playing the game or turning the heat. Property management was on it, and helped us and responded quickly every step of the way. They had tons of pools toys, they had beach toys, chairs, wagan, tents, coolers, anything you woild need for the short walk over to the beach Which was perfect having 4 little kids who want to change clothes, eat, one wants to go back the others dont. This location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed every moment and plan to come back agaim next year for our spring break.

We had an amazing week at The Avalon House. It is beautiful, perfectly located, and like the pictures show. The decor is tasteful, and the furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, linens and towels, thick and fluffy! The pool was private and the water was delightfully warm! The spa heated quickly and we used it often. Having two friends that required the use of the elevator, it was a blessing to have for them (was in good repair, clean and operated well!) and certainly helped getting our bags in from the cars an well as groceries. Do yourself a favor and stay at Avalon. You will enjoy the entire stay, working with AMI Locals, and we can’t wait to return again!

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island. Great laid back beach vibe.... House is perfectly located across from the beach. Very roomy and comfortable . Backyard has total privacy with pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen was very well appointed. We will definitely be back next year.

My friends and I rented this property right before Memorial Day weekend. Check in was simple, and communication with the owner was on point. This place was awesome from the hot tub to the roof top lookout. We definitely would like to come back!

We had a wonderful time. The home was perfect for us and has so many extras....including a much needed coffee grinder, many dishes, all types of cookware, many beach toys, chairs, wagon, etc. we all thoroughly enjoyed the hottub snd heated pool, outdoor cooking area. We plan to return definitely ❤️. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

First - I am always nervous to rent a home rather than a hotel. Don't be. The AMI Locals team are wonderful, personable, helpful, and professional. No issues at all thru the entire rental process and our stay. We had a couple of requests during our visit, in fact, and they responded immediately. The home is amazing. It looks exactly as depicted. As a cook, I can tell you that the kitchen has everything you need. More than you need. Everything worked beautifully. We used the laundry as well. Handy! We were there during the red tide and the city kept the beach clean. There were a few days where we coughed a bit, but otherwise you would not know it was going on. The widows walk on top of the home was amazing for views and watching the sky color with evening storm clouds. The master bedroom was perfect for waking up to the ocean every day. The second master on the main living floor is huge, with a beautiful bath of its own. The pool area is extremely private. The area and the home were quiet. We did not hear any noise other than the birds, the garbage guys on Monday, and the occasional siren from the main road (i think only twice the whole week). The only thing that was a bit off for us that I did not mention to AMI Locals, since it's a personal taste thing, is that all the pillows were a bit too rigid for my preference. I bought a couple at Bed Bath & Beyond and took those home. There was no smell of beach mold anywhere, other than the garage -- sort of expected since it's closed up all the time. I would absolutely come back to this property and would trust renting from AMI locals. Enjoy!

The house was beautiful! Worked out well for four adults and four children. Two families vacationing together, got to enjoy the upscale accommodations, beautiful pool, hot tub, and just steps away from the ocean! Plenty of linens and supplies, the kitchen was well stocked as well. It was great to have the outdoor shower and outdoor refrigerator, especially for our teenagers as they bounced between the pool and beach all day long. The only recommendation I have to improve our stay, would be to notify the guests in advance of when the pool cleaning crew is scheduled to come. We were very surprised when a crew of men just let themselves into the backyard, while our families were enjoying the pool. When we come back to the island, we will definitely choose this house again!

Home was exactly what we were looking for. Across the street from the beach, with a wagon and umbrella to use. Easy to get to the beach from the house. Great outdoor shower that has hot water (if you wait...) to rinse off after the beach. Great pool area to relax, with hot tub. The house was beautiful inside and we loved watching sunsets from the rooftop. Loved staying here. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our week at this beautiful home. It was our first time at AMI and we don’t think the location could be any better. The beach across the street was never crowded, during spring break week, and having the pool and spa to come back to was awesome. The outdoor shower is great for after the beach. As great as all that is, the main living area and kitchen are just terrific. And the view from the rooftop deck and both the bedroom and main level decks is stunning, at morning, evening and especially sunset. Perhaps especially important was the outstanding service we received from Ashley, the property manager. Above and beyond. We hope to return sometime soon. Thanks to the homeowners for sharing this home with us!
