Aruba At The Harbor

The condo itself was beautiful. Everything felt fresh and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures. We had a great time with our family. Perfect amount of space. The pool was wonderful. Check in process was our only complaint as we arrived late in the evening and there was not a key fob in the lock box at the office as indicated. We had to wait over an hour and didn’t get into the condo until 1:30am. Otherwise, everything was great!

Fantastic rental for family of six including two grandparents. Our unit was extremely clean, well stocked, and beds were very comfortable! WiFi was strong and reliable which came in handy for a few work commitments while on vacation. The pool and kids park outside the door were the focus of our stay with kids 3 and 7. Big hit! Both were very clean. Outdoor lanai was amazing being screened in with large seating area for morning coffee overlooking water between properties. We used the gas grills for use next to pool for burgers one evening. Expected the pool to be heated, but was very chilly! Quiet property perfect for families with young kids. Multiple property owners were accommodating and embraced the kids at the pool (which we feared would not be the case given the high volume of noise “ordnance” posted everywhere). Highly recommend the unit, property, and area!

Our family had a great time staying here, the pool is close by and we were a short bike ride over to the beaches. Traffic was easy on and off the island. We really had the best of both worlds with this location. The condo is outfitted perfectly, we will be back again soon.

was a great place to stay, especially liked the fact that they had beach Accessories at the room we could use . didn't need to bring anything but some food and the family. it was an awesome place to stay . would love to come back and stay again in the future.

After a few bumps trying to access the property and some Misinformation from the management company we had a simply FANTASTIC stay! The property is beyond belief and the area is outstanding. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.

The unit itself is quite nice. Beautiful view of a lagoon, palm trees, and lots of exotic birds. It would be helpful to have a more streamlined reservation, check in and check out process. It was a pain to log into a system to get info about the property/codes for check in, etc. Also there should be more information about which specific facilities can be accessed by weekly guests. Each renter should be given two key fobs, because you cannot go out and come back into the complex without the fob. The rental itself was clean and comfortable. They provided beach towels. We would definitely come back. Great spot for families, especially with young kids. There is a small park across from the parking, and a cool sprinkler park for the kids. There is a great shaded area by the pool where you can eat lunch. Great place!

When you’re at the pool please be sure to NOT HAVE ANY FUN whatsoever or else one of the crotchety old people will call Kevin with the HOA on you. Even though you’re in your 40’s and paid thousands of dollars to stay there you are not allowed to drink alcohol or play music at any time day or night. They even called the police when one of the homeowners challenged him. We will never stay here again.

Stayed at unit #202 in June. Loved the setting of One Particular Harbor it is close to everything but also feels very quiet and safe. We biked across the bridge to the beach, enjoyed the pool, and loved the monkey bus which picked us up at the property to take us to dinner etc so no need to drive anywhere. We also used insta cart for grocery delivery. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Loved having 3 bathrooms! One other great features was when we rented a pontoon they dropped us off right at the marina- so convenient! We will definitely be back!!

Amazing condo close to everything! Minutes to beaches and wonderful on site pools. Great biking in local preserves. Condo is clean wonderful screened in porch overlooking pond. Definitely lived up to expectations!
