Incredible location. Property was exactly as advertised and slept 12 of us comfortably. We usually stay on Siesta Key almost every Labor Day and this was by far the best property we’ve ever stayed at. Walkable to everything, we didn’t use our cars once. And the pool was an incredible bonus. The property manager was amazing with communication and we faced zero issues. We will for sure be back again!

Great location for a family with 3 sons in their 20's. Walk to everything. Both bunks are singles, a little tight for guys 6', but they got over it. Very easy check in & check out process. Never had any issues with noise from the bars that are close by. The hot water was a little wanky at times, but to be expected at the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, perfect location, pool is so fun and loved the patio near the pool with the tv, I didn’t have to choose whether I wanted to go swimming or watched tv. This is the absolute best location. We never used our car once. You can walk to every shop, restaurant, super market, and the beach is 2 blocks away. It was just so incredibly convenient, while still being quiet! We have with young kids with early bedtimes and had no issues with them going to sleep early due to noise. Loved that the place came with a beach wagon, 3 beach chairs and a cooler. The pool area is perfect. The house was just what we needed for our family vacation!

PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY. As a busy family, we needed a decompression trip badly. This place was perfect; very clean interior, great backyard/ pool area and PERFECT location (though it’s not beach side, it’s just a block away from all the food and action in the Village, and short walk to access various beaches). The condo had plenty of room for a family of four (two very energetic and active teen boys), to live comfortably for a week without stepping all over one another. Could not have asked for a better location to be close enough to the action and ocean, but still have our privacy and quiet when needed. .

We had 12 girls staying at the property and you can’t beat the location and having a pool. It was a quick walk to the beach or siesta key village. The property manager was very responsive via text and let us know when we could check in. The property was clean and we had no issues and it was appreciated 12 beach towels were provided.

It is a beautiful house in a perfect location!! Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the beach!! I loved the privacy of the pool surrounded by trees and a fence. The only problem we had with the whole stay was the front king bedroom gets pretty hot! But they had an extra box fan in the house so that helped. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

What a wonderful week! Beautiful location, great pool and very close to beach access and downtown Siesta Key. This company thought of everything right down to the wagon to bring things (chairs, cooler, etc. which were provided) down to the beach. We never used our rental car the whole week after buying groceries.
Very clean and quite spacious for four teens and two adults. Will visit again!

We loved this property!!! The space was big enough for our party of 8 to spread out. The outdoor seating and pool was a great bonus. The home is exactly as pictured and so clean!
We had trouble locking the front door but didn’t receive a response from the company until the last day we were there. This was a bit unnerving as the front door was unlocked during most of our stay. 🤦🏾‍♀️
The beach was within walking distance as well as the village, which we LOVED. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect beach getaway. very close to Siesta Key Village and the Beach. Plenty of room with a private pool. The outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise to wash off all the sand before entering the house. Highly recommend this place.

We love Siesta Key. This property is very close to the village area that is very lively and busy. Great for those who want to go out to restaurants, party or hear live music. The house was very clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor TV was a bonus for music and watching football. Loved the outdoor games too. Covid prevents anything left in the cupboard for sharing, so spices, condiments, plastic wrap, alum foil, etc are non-existent. A bit more TP, dishwasher soap and other sundries would have been appreciated. Plastic food storage containers and ice cube trays would be a welcome addition. Most things for basic cooking are there. Very short walk to the beach. Overall a great house. Next time we will stay a little farther from town.

We LOVED this house! 5 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk or EVERYTHING downtown, an hour from the Tampa Airport. We loved the pool so the kids could play at home while the little kids napped. Washer and dryer so you don’t have to pack so much. Wagons, beach chairs, and so much more provided. Way more than we even expected! Dana the property manager was AMAZING. We needed something for the kitchen and she had it there within a matter of hours. We will absolutely be back!

The bunk room was great for our kids. There are trundle beds under each bunk so that room can sleep up to 6 and has a private bath. The heated pool was set warm enough to swim after sunset, which is rare in rental homes from our previous experience. This house is super cute with beach themes in every room. This is located so close to the restaurants and grocery store, we ended up not using the car a single time in five days! Everything we could have needed is Within a few blocks, including the beach!

Great winter getaway from the colder northern weather. Loved the house & pool, very clean and inviting. The location was excellent; very close to shops, restaurants & local entertainment. Beach just a short stroll, which was fantastic as well. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well thought out, modern and clean. Plenty of beds I think I counted 6 twins, two Kong’s and two queens. Plenty of bathrooms too. This is a very open and comfortable house with a nice pool.

This beautiful house to ideal for our girls trip to Siesta Key. We didn't drive our car once we arrived as there as so many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The amazing pool came with fun blow up rafts and the beautiful outdoor shaded patio was ideal for outdoor dining. We had a quick walk to the beach to catch the beautiful sunset.

We had a wonderful vacation on Siesta Key and this home was perfect for my family. Very spacious and roomy. Picturesque & private backyard where the kids enjoyed the pool and the adults could enjoyed the lush surroundings under the covered patio. Attractive decor, well stocked kitchen and plenty of sheets & towels. Very clean and in a safe area. Fantastic location where everything was within walking distance!!! We will be back!

We stayed for my sisters bachelorette party and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and extremely clean. There was everything we needed and the concierge was available the entire time! Walking distance to everything and the beach! The outdoor space and the pool was perfect! Overall stay was unbelievable and I would 100% recommend it and stay again :)

Our family of 4 adults and 3 children had a wonderful time at the home. The layout of the pool is perfect. We spent a ton of time in there because of the red tide on the beaches of Siesta Key. The location is great for walking to the restaurants, bars and shops of the village. The only issue we had was that the dishwasher didn’t really work well so we were hand washing most of the dishes. Check in was easy with the management company. We would definitely stay here again. The house, pool and location were perfect for our family.

I travel a lot for work, so when I take the time to go somewhere, I can be a little exacting. This place was exactly what the doctor ordered. Great location. Quiet location. Lots of space and really well done. The house isn't over the top of anything but we had everything we needed and that my friends is priceless!

Thanks for the review! We just finished an amazing renovation of this property. It has all new tile, cabinets, countertops, paint, furniture, décor and so much more! It is absolutely gorgeous! We actually have our first renters in this newly renovated property right now, 1/24/17.
