We have been coming as a family to the Island as a family for several years, and your house was our favourite so far. So spacious and bright, the backyard was lovely and we very much appreciated three full bathrooms and three large beds. The proximity to the beach is perfect.Thank you for opening up your very special home to us!

Gorgeous home and amazing location. I've vacationed on AMI for over a decade and this was one of my favorite locations to stay at. The home itself and the proximity to the beach trumped everything else. There is a wagon and beach gear available which is great, but I will say that it would have been nice to at least have a few other extras at the home. There was absolutely nothing in terms of condiments, ice maker didn't work, no salt/pepper, wrap/foil, laundry supplies, dishwasher pods, etc... so you'll need to get all the extras at the store on the first day. That being said, it was still worth it for what the home offers elsewhere and being able to take about 100 steps to the beach. A/C went out on our last day, but the management team was fantastic about response time and handling it quickly - it was corrected by end of day. We really truly enjoyed staying here and I will be highly considering staying here again next year!

almost perfect...two exceptions. sheets are worn and should be replaced. and kitchen lacking in basics-mixing bowls. sm and/or med platter. only serve bowls are huge plastic. But overall-Fantastic !!

This home is great. Fully equipped, nicely furnished. Very short walk to Anna Maria's great beaches, shells and sunsets. Front porch and patio/pool areas are great for family activities and just relaxing. We were there for two weeks due to kids Spring Break date conflicts, and never had to speak to the manager. Ordering golf carts ahead of time was a great way to get around and see this wonderful island. We would definitely consider renting this home in the future,

This property was in an excellent location. Very close to a beautiful beach that was not crowded, which we liked! Was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The pool was nice to use in the afternoons and evenings after a day at the beach. Plenty of beach towels and chairs, although a couple of chairs were torn on the seats. The only real issue we had was the large windows in the living room had no shades so the sun came in strong in the afternoons until sundown and made it hard to see the TV and to use the dining room table. Otherwise it was perfect!

another paradise was exactly as it’s name says. It is so close to the beach, and the amenities were perfect for what our group needed. The only thing we “wished” it had was a hot tub. I couldn’t recommend Anna Maria island more!

We loved this house! The modern features and lots of large windows which let in so much natural FL light. The location was so close to the ocean and all the fun shops and restaurants on Pine Ave which is at the north end of AMI. We really had just about everything we needed for our week long family vacation. Would have liked to have had some family board games (they only had a few puzzles) as every house we have stayed in the past has had an ample amount of games so we never bring ours. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of serving dishes, cookware, utensils and glasses. The beds were pretty comfy and the there as plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms. The Pool area however does need some attention. At the end of a day at the ocean we love to hang by the pool but there were only 2 cheap plastic lawn chairs. There were 2 sitting chairs but they were rusted and broken at the bottom of the legs and super wobbly. It would be nice to spruce up the landscaping at the pool area. The house does have plenty of beach chairs and floats so that was nice. On the listing photos the grill is pictured on the deck on the 2nd level just outside the kitchen however it was actually located on the lower level out by the pool. This was not a huge deal but it would have been easier for cooking if it was put back up on the deck outside the kitchen. Overall this ho use was AWESOME!!!

The location is indeed fabulous with its close proximity to the beach and to the great shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue. We apologize about the grill not being located on the deck outside of the kitchen. While convenient, it was a safety and fire hazard being so close to the home and the overhang above it. Guest safety is of paramount concern that we take very seriously. We will be reaching out to the property owner regarding the poolside furnishings and ambiance. We decided to rent a home on Anna Maria Island this year, as a change of pace. We needed a large home to which would accommodate 6 adults and a 2 year old. Another Paradise was perfect. The 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms worked out great. It gave each family the privacy we needed, yet the large great room and dining room, gave us the opportunity to gather comfortably. Very clean and well maintained. The home is a very, very short walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. The perfect place to take your family, because of the shallowness of the water. Our 2 year old Granddaughter, thoroughly enjoyed low tide. She could run around and collect all the shells her could hold, without being knocked down by a wave. Would definitely recommend "Another Paradise" and to anyone who wishes to rent on Anna Maria Island.

This home is spacious and beautiful! So close to the beach! Sad to see that it is up for sale! Hope the new owners can purchase it with the current furnishings! The decor is beautiful and the furniture (mattresses and pillows included) is so very comfortable. Hope the weekly price does not increase. It's at the Max for our budget already. This was our second stay! We'd buy it if we could! Not for young children that need supervision with walking or crawling. Also not ideal for those that find stairs difficult.

The pictures of this home don't do it justice! It is absolutely beautiful! It we super clean and spacious! Everything was comfortable right down to the mattresses and pillows! No joke! I've already ordered the same pillows for my own home and am shopping for the mattress! We have already booked it for next year! The ONLY improvement we could ask for is a broom for the pool area where you shower off. The sand that you wash off gathers and it was still easy to track in. Secondly, we hope the price does not go up too much! We would hate to have to find another favorite! This house is tops!
