Great place for large groups. 7 bedrooms (one of which has a King with attached side room with bunk that can accommodate another 4 kids, thereby “8” bedrooms”). Has 6.5 baths. Can fit 2 cars in garage and 4 in driveway. PoolIs great for kids, with water slide. Quick walk to beach, and if need to get someone in a wheelchair to the beach, can take a 2-minute drive to siesta key beach parking lot where free beach’s accessible wheelchairs are offered. Elevator goes to all floors. Full kitchen. TVs in all rooms. WiFi signal throughout. Laundry on site. Siesta Key rental management has maintenance available immediately in case something is wrong. Great customer service. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Plenty beach chairs and wagon.

Our family recently had a reunion in Siesta Key to celebrate our parents 80th birthday. This house far exceeded our expectations. The Check-in process was very easy, and the Property Manager was available at all times to address any questions we had and was able to come immediately when we had trouble with the sliding door and the powder room. The house was perfectly located - walking distance to the beach and the village. It was clean and well maintained. The elevator came in handy for our older parents as there are 4 floors with the main family room being on the top floor.

You cannot beat the location of this place. Very close to both the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. Would recommend getting a golf cart but not needed. The place was beautiful and we had such a great time. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our first stay in Siesta Key! This house was perfect for our extended family trip. Despite it not being beach weather, we were able to walk to the village with a handful of restaurants/bars to choose from. The house had a beautiful pool and hot tub, Also the rooftop deck was a great place to chill and watch the sunset. One minor downfall was there was not enough towels/washcloths to shower with, however, there was a washing machine to wash them. Also, it was listed as having a pool table, which it did not, however it did have foosball. Overall, this house was an enjoyable place to stay!

The house was perfect for our spring break trip. The girls had a room to share and each mom had their own room. We gathered in the kitchen, on the deck, and by the pool. The walk to the Village and the beach was short and simple. It was an amazing trip.

Absolutely a beautiful house with amazing views. All in all, a great place. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Plenty of room for our family of 19. Everyone loved the pool and spa. The slide was fun and enjoyed by both teenagers and adults. Kitchen had plenty of room and was well equipped with the items we needed. We were so grateful to have elevator for my grandson who uses a walker and also for getting the groceries to the top floor. The host was great and kept us updated. We didn't know about the strict parking rules, which was an issue a couple of times, but we made it work. Other than that, we did not have any issues that needed immediate attention. Just a few minor things that did not affect our stay and we already let the host know about them. If you are looking for a beautiful place in a great location with plenty of room for a large group, I highly recommend staying here.

This spacious and modern vacation house has gorgeous views for sunrise and sunset. The pool was definitely the highlight for the kids with a slide and waterfall and plenty of pool toys. The beach and Siesta Village are a short walk from the house. Check in and checkout were seamless.
An issue with the dishwasher and drain in the master bathroom did arise during our stay and the owner sent someone quickly on Chrismas day to look at the problem.
We'd absolutely come again!

We chose this property to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family of 15. The property was amazing. We were greeted with a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The grandchildren range in ages 8 to 14. They were continually occupied with the game room and pool area. Even with the cooler temperatures the first few days everyone was in the pool and spa. The water slide, grotto and waterfalls made the pool area delightful. The property is an easy walk to Siesta Key beach and downtown Siesta Key. Jennifer, our property manager was always available whenever questions regarding the property came up. We did have one minor incidence which required a service technician. The service technician was there and fixed the issue within half an hour. I would definitely return to this property again in the future. Thanks for making our special occasion so enjoyable!

I booked this rental for a company retreat at the end of Sept. It comfortably fit 8 of us, with the right amount of privacy and communal areas. We absolutely loved it! This home has amazing rooftop views, gorgeous pool, a fun slide and waterfall, and spacious bedrooms. The elevator feature helped transport all our belongs and groceries up and down. Everything was clean when we arrived, and we were also able to get some quick help from the owners when needed, who were just a quick text away. We loved being a few min walk from the stunning Siesta Key beach, and less than 10 minute walk to the village, which has restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The only bummer was that the kitchen was lacking in a few basic necessities that would have been nice to have taken care of. Things like coffee filters, tupperware, storage bags, tinfoil, etc -- all simple items that, in my experience, other luxury rentals include. Just be prepared to make some store runs for those sort of things! What IS included: 2 beach carts, 8 beach chairs, frisbee, 2 skim boards, 2 fishing poles, and some other amenities like TVs in every room. Overall, our group had so much fun relaxing on our trip at this home, and spent our days mostly rotating from pool to spa to beach to back again. 10/10 recommend investing in a trip to this gorgeous little area of the world, and staying at this home.

Our family’s First time to Siesta Keys. Unfortunately the week we were there the red tide was really bad and the weather wasn’t great either. Thank goodness we had a lot of room at the house. The pool was amazing! The kitchen was very nice also . Plenty of pots , pans and dishes. Plenty of beach and bath towels for 18 people. The 2 refrigerators on the garage level was also great to keep cold beverages. The location was great. The walk to the beach was only a couple blocks and you can also walk to downtown for shops and restaurants. The only request for the house would be another coffee pot- as some of us drank regular and some drank decaf. A Keurig would be nice. Also we wished there was a bathroom on the pool level. Had an amazing vacation even with red tide and rain.

We're sorry to read that the weather along with the continually changing Red Tide condition didn't cooperate the week you were vacationing in our beautiful area. We're thrilled that despite these small inconveniences you still had a wonderful vacation and felt the home came fully stocked with everything you needed for your group of 18 people. We appreciate your feedback regarding an additional coffee pot, we would have been more than happy to deliver one to you since your group preferred two different types of coffee. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the fact that there are no bathroom facilities on the first floor. Like you, we wish our Siesta Key homes were allowed to have bathrooms on the ground level, but unfortunately this is just not an option as our homes are located on our barrier island in a flood zone, and the State and Local Building Code does not allow these types of features on the ground level. We hope that despite this small inconvenience, it was still a wonderful vacation for you and your group. Everything about the property was great. I mean everything. The location is perfect on the key. The only complain I have which is a quick fix is that the back yard definitely needs good fans for ventilation. It gets very hot back there. Breeze doesn’t come in with the high trees surrounding the perimeter of the yard. But other than that it was perfect.

This property was great for our COVID vacation. We were able to bring a fishing boat and utilize the included pier directly across the street to tie up. We used the pool everyday and the adults and kids loved the slide. We had a baby with us and there were baby gates on every level that you could utilize. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very accessible. The only improvement I think could be made is maybe to include some shatterproof dishes/glasses for use at the pool. We had a large storm where lighting struck the home and took out the TVs, elevator and a/c. The property manager had someone out for the a/c within 2 hours to fully replace 2 units and the elevator co was out first thing the next am. We were really impressed. We had even brought a gaming system that we had plugged into one of the TVs that were fried and they graciously provided funds to replace the unit. Great company that really is interested in providing your family a good time.

This is the 2nd year we have stay in this home and will return. It is a beautiful home and close to the beach and Siesta Village. There were 18 of us and the home was a perfect fit. The property manager is excellent to work with. We only had one problem and it was taken care of very quickly. The pool area is wonderful. We had 7 grandchildren all under the age of 10 with us and we could not keep them out of the pool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay on Siesta Key.

Great time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our kids and their families. The accommodations were fantastic! We loved the pool and the kids loved the slide. Everything to do with renting the property was simple and efficient. The property itself had plenty of room for us 8 adults and 10 children. We really appreciated how spread out we were with enough space for privacy if needed. Of course the pool was the centerpiece for us and was thoroughly enjoyed. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants and places to shop nearby. The only thing I felt was needed, which is a simple thing, is at least one full length mirror :) We would definitely come back and hope to do so.

Just some things to think to add. You have a house with a pool and no bathroom on the first floor. So one u have to drive off and then go in the house in the ac to use the bathroom. So a bathroom on the first floor is must not just a thought. Also a second fridge downstairs would be nice also. We had only 22 people staying with half of them kids. So they didn’t require much use of the fridge but if you have 22 adults then you need double fridges on the first floor also. Maybe also on the first floor a bar to hold the liqour or beer no where to put it since most people are hanging by the pool day and night. To the kitchen it comes back to having enough fridge stove and dishwasher space. Once again we had 22 people and we cooked in most every night. It took extra time every night since the house only had one stove one fridge and one dishwasher. A house that is going to hold that many people need to have double fridges stoves and dishwashers. Everything else was fine

Dear Kevin, Thank you very much choosing our home for your Siesta Key vacation. We are so glad that you had a wonderful stay here with us and that you had a 5 Star experience. We appreciate your feedback as well. We agree that a bathroom on the ground floor would be great, but with new FEMA flood regulations, the Building Code does not allow new construction homes to have a bathroom below the base flood elevation, which is why the main living area of the home starts on the second floor. The owner tried to fix this by adding stairs directly from the pool area to one of the bedrooms with an en suite bathroom for quick access and convenience. Similarly, the home is a single family residential home. As much as the added appliances might make things easier, the owner is not able to build a commercial kitchen with all of the extra appliances. However, I'm glad that your family was able to use the home to it's capacity, and that it was spacious and accommodating still, and we do appreciate the feedback. The owner has also added a Refrigerator/Freezer combo, and a separate deep freezer in the garage area just off the pool to facilitate storage for food and beverages. There are a total of 2 refrigerators, and 3 freezers at this home. We'll review this with future guests to see if more are needed. Dana was our property manager and she was great! Communicated with us frequently after booking and was quick to respond whenever we needed her during our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and spotless clean . Each of the bathrooms had plenty of clean towels and the house was stocked with beach towels and chairs for around the pool. We did experience a few issues with the water slide and jacuzzi pumps not working properly but our wonderful Dana sent a service tech out to us immediately. Be careful with the elevator. We locked ourselves out of them a few times because someone forgot to close both doors. Even though this was was most definitely a user error, Dana was on top of it to fix this for us! If I could change one thing about this amazing property, it would be to add a bathroom on the first floor for quick access from the pool. Other than that, our stay was incredible. I’m so glad we picked this place for our vacation wedding destination!

This home was fabulous! Excellent location, easy walk to the beach, easy walk into town. Had 8 beach chairs, 2 beach carts and a cooler. Fridge in garage. Pool was great we loved the slide! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We had 4 families with kids. Lots of space for everyone to eat. 2 washers 2 dryers. This home had it all. Our property manager Dana was amazing! Things that could use improvement: 1) The grill grate is old and rusted and needs replacing. 2) It's lacking a couple of big beach umbrellas, a couple of pool floats, needs six beach chairs, and another beach wagon. We had to rent these. Obviously travelers aren't going to be bringing these things, and are not going to take them away. A luxury property should be so equipped, and those additions would make it so much easier for guests. Other properties we've rented in Florida have all had more adequate accessories.

The home was just perfect for our family vacation of 8 adults and 7 children. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family. When we arrived the staff was very pleasant and professional. They answered all of our questions and provided advice for the area. The pool is wonderful. The grandchildren swam every day. The water slide was enjoyed by every one. The location is perfect. You are a short walk from the beautiful beach and very close to the restaurants and shops in Siesta Village. We could not have chosen a better home to have our vacation. This was our 8th year for a family vacation and by far the nicest home we have rented. Everything was great. We will be back to 542 Canal Road. Stayed in mid June for our memorable family reunion. Kitchen, living room and balcony great for gathering. Bedrooms, elevator and bathrooms were nice. Close to beach and village. Our extended family of 14 stayed here for a family reunion and loved this house. The location is fantastic, near to beach, restaurants and shops. The pool, slide and hot tub were a winner. Had a wonderful vacation at this Siesta Key house. The house was spacious and the spa and pool were amazing. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away and the beach is very close. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop. There are a lot of stairs & the kitchen/living room is on the top floor, so the elevator comes in handy.

Lots of room for extended family. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed this Siesta retreat. Kids enjoyed the pool/slide and adults enjoyed the waterfall/jacuzzi. Appreciated the well appointed home and most everything we needed for beach and cooking was included. Also enjoyed short walk to beach and town. Maintenance people were very responsive to a few items like a broken icemaker and loose towel bar. Only recommendation to owners would be to provide luggage racks in the rooms that do not have closets. Thanks for a great home and location for our family vacation!

With part of my family coming from California and the other part coming from Northern Ireland we thought a great mid-way point for our family reunion would be Florida and Siesta Key in particular. The house was perfect for our 8 adults and 5 young grandchildren. There were more than enough bedrooms and an adequate amount of common living area. Of course, we spent a great deal of time in the beautiful pool and spa. The location was great as we could walk to town and the beach within a few short blocks. I can't think of a negative thing to say about the property. It was perfect for us and we are definitely considering returning.

542 Canal is a very nice, newly built, clean house. Everything was thought of from a roof deck with views of the beach, the kitchen/dining room/living room, the bed rooms with on suites, the elevator, the double washer and dryers, the game room and pool area with waterfall and slide. The house is only an 8 minute walk from the Village (downtown) and two blocks from the best beach in the US. The staff where very helpful and professional however, we didn't not have to contact them after check-in since everything was already provided. We would stay here again, for sure.
